Akhrik Tsveiba

Achrik Sokratowitsch Zweiba (Russian Ахрик Сократович Цвейба; Ukrainian Ахрік Сократович Цвейба; born September 10, 1966 in Gudauta, Abkhaz ASSR ) is a former football player Abkhazian origin.

Zweiba both played for the Soviet national team, for the selection of the CIS, as well as for the Ukrainian and the Russian national team.

Zweiba began his career in the youth team of FK Dinamo Sukhumi, after a brief stint with SKA Khabarovsk played the defender from 1985 to 1989 with Dinamo Tbilisi in the top division of the Soviet Union, the Wysschaja league. In 1990, Zweiba the top team Dinamo Kiev and won with Kiev in the Soviet Championship this season and the Soviet Cup. In the cup final, which Dynamo won 6-1 against Lokomotiv Moscow, Zweiba was used. In 1991 he was elected Ukrainian Footballer of the Year.

Zweiba played in 1993 for a few months in the Russian Supreme League for Kamas Naberezhnye Chelny, then he moved in 1994 to Gamba Osaka in Japan, for this team, he played a total of 75 games.
