Alan Dawa Dolma

Alan Dawa Dolma (born 25 July 1987), with the stage name " alan ", is a Tibetan- Chinese singer active in the Japanese music industry. She was discovered in 2006 by Avex Trax, during an audition in China. The next year she made ​​her debut in Japan. Their producer and composer is Kazuhito Kikuchi main.

In 2009, her single " Kuon no Kawa " reached # 3 on the Oricon charts, the highest position ever reached a singer from China.

Biography

Alan was born in Kangding, but grew up with her grandparents in the vicinity of Danba. The name " Dawa Dolma " means " Moon Goddess" in Tibetan. Alan's father was a civil servant, her mother a singer. Alan began early to play the erhu and left her hometown in 1997 to go to the Affiliated Middle & High School of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in Chengdu.

In 2003, she was inducted into the PLA Art Academy in Beijing. With a group of girls, she joined in 2006 near Cairo, where she played the erhu. During this time, Alan was also active as a singer in China. In 2005 came out her first Chinese album, Sheng Sheng Zui Ru Lan, with covers of songs by other Chinese artists.
