Albert Bouvet

Albert Bouvet ( born February 8, 1930 in Mellé ) is a former French cyclist and current race organizer.

Albert Bouvet was a professional cyclist from 1953 to 1964 and an all-rounder on the road and railway. He won numerous smaller bike race; his greatest success on the road was his victory in the classic Paris -Tours (1956). Four times he became French champion in the individual pursuit. 1957 and 1959 he became vice - world champion in this discipline.
