Albert Gottfried Dietrich

Albert Gottfried Dietrich ( born November 8, 1795 in Gdansk, † May 22, 1856 in Berlin) was a German botanist. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " A.Dietr. ".

He was curator of the Berlin Botanical Garden and teacher at the Gardener educational institution Schöneberg. Together with Christoph Friedrich Otto, he was editor of the Journal of General garden newspaper ( 1833-1856 ).
