Alen Markaryan

Alen Markaryan ( born July 30, 1966 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish fan club chairman and sports columnist of Armenian descent. He is president of the group Beşiktaş Çarşı.

He is the director of the so-called closed- Great stands of the İnönü Stadium during football games and behind the BJK Akatlar Arena during basketball games. In addition, he is one of the Glossaristen Karakartal Forum - a TV program sent from Beşiktaş TV. He wrote for the sports magazine Pas Fotomaç. Today, he writes for the newspaper Akşam and books, including one titled Quaresma about football player Ricardo Quaresma.

Alen Markaryan runs his own doner kebab restaurant Aleni Kebap Salonu in Pangaltı. He is married and has one daughter.
