Alessio Bolognani

Alessio Bolognani ( born November 17, 1983 in Cavalese ) is a former Italian ski jumper and today's ski jumping coach.

Bolognani began his international career in 2001 in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup. In 2003 he was Italian champion in ski jumping. On 8 March 2003, he made ​​his debut in the World Cup Ski Jumping. He reached the 8th place in the team competition in Oslo. In the Nordic World Ski Championships 2005, he landed with the Italian team only on rear seats. At the Olympic Winter Games in Turin in 2006, he jumped from the large hill on the 44th. From the normal hill he dropped out already in the qualification. In the team competition reached the team, consisting of himself, Andrea Morassi, Sebastian Colloredo and Davide Bresadola, the 11th Place. After the Games he won the bronze medal at the Italian championships. In 2007 he also won bronze of the normal and large hill.

Today he works as a trainer for the Italian women 's national team.
