Alex Rafael
Alex Rafael da Silva Antônio (born 1 January 1988 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian football player at the position of a striker.
Career
Alex Rafael played in the junior Corinthians São Paulo before moving to local rivals Palmeiras in 2007. As Red Bull in Brazil a football club - Red Bull Brasil - founded, he was bound by it. With the club he managed two climbs in series to the Série A2, the second league São Paulo. In 2010, he was with the club in the final of the Copa Paulista, there had to admit defeat to the Paulista FC enter. He contributed in the return game at a goal.
In June 2011, he was invited along with his teammates Jefferson from the Austrian parent club FC Red Bull Salzburg for a trial to Salzburg, where they were utilized among others in the test matches against Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Olympique Lyon. Since he was able to convince it, he was obliged by the Salzburg together with his colleague Jefferson. But over the entire fall season, 2011, he could not prevail against his opponents himself, and changed with the end of the year back to Red Bull Brasil.
