Alex Wilmot-Sitwell

Alex Wilmot - Sitwell ( born March 16, 1961) is the President for Europe and Emerging Markets (excluding Asia) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Biography

Wilmot - Sitwell was born on 16 March 1961 in the UK. His study of modern history, he successfully completed at Bristol University. Prior to joining Warburg Dillon Read, he was the finance director at Robert Fleming & Co. in South Africa. In 1995 he held the same post at UBS in South Africa and moved to London, where he was director of the UK Investment Banking in 1998.

Alexander Wilmot - Sitwell, 2004, Deputy Global Head of European Investment Banking Division and took over in November 2005, the same function in the field of investment banking. Most recently, he was Chairman of UBS Investment Bank.

In May 2012, Wilmot - Sitwell moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he is responsible for their activities in Europe and the emerging markets (excluding Asia) from now on.

Wilmot - Sitwell participated in numerous important transactions of various companies such as Anglo American Corporation, Old Mutual, Liberty International, ScottishPower, Wolseley, ICI, SABMiller plc, Carlton Communications, British Airways and Shell.
