Alexandre Geijo

Alexandre Geijo Pazos, short Geijo ( born September 5, 1982 in Geneva ) is a Spanish -Swiss football player at the position of the striker.

Playing career

Alexandre Geijo has both the Spanish and Swiss nationality. He began his career at the Swiss tradition club Neuchâtel Xamax. In 2001, at age 18, he moved to the home of his parents. First, he played three years for the second team of FC Malaga, then in the first eleven. After he was scoreless in his first season in La Liga with the Andalusians, he went to the Segunda División to Deportivo Xerez. There he could develop into a reliable scorer and attract the interest of top-flight club Levante UD on where he was subsequently active from 2007 to 2009.
