Alice Greene

Alice Norah Gertrude Greene ( * October 15, 1879 in Upton, England; † October 26, 1956 in Saint Brélade on Jersey; Angela Greene) was an English tennis player.

Greene was born in 1879 as the daughter of the doctor Richard Greene and his wife Emma. In 1907 she won the tournament at Queen's Club in London. A year later she won at the Olympics, the silver medal in the competition hall, where she succumbed to Gwendoline Eastlake -Smith in the final.

Greene died in 1956 on the island of Jersey.
