All Ends

All Ends is a metal band formed in 2003, from Gothenburg, Sweden. The general style of music can be described as alternative metal, with a very striking feature of the use of two singers is.

History

The band was founded in 2003 as a side project of In Flames guitarist Björn Gelotte and Jesper Strömblad, but now can no longer participate in the All Ends.

In the cast, consisting of Gelotte and Strömblad on guitars, Emma Gelotte and Tinna Karlsdotter as singers, as well as Joseph Skansås on drums, the band recorded a demo with five songs, which was produced by Fredrik Nordström and Patrick J. Sten.

In spring 2005, Gelotte and Strömblad left the band as an active musician at their places were Michael Håkansson on bass and Fredrik Johansson on guitar. In August 2005 Peter Mårdklint took over the role of second guitarist.

2006, the group signed a recording contract with the music label Gun Records. In May 2007 the EP Wasting Life was released, at the newly- recorded the music group with the new line demos of the songs of 2005. The song of the same name reached the top ten of the Swedish singles chart. On 7 November 2007 the first self-titled album was released. In September of the year was followed by a re-release with several bonus tracks.

On 12 December 2008, the gecoverte by OneRepublic song " Apologize" was released as the first single. The end of 2008 they toured together with Mina Harker and Oomph! by Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In early 2009, the band is already back on tour in Germany, this time as support band Edguy.

Emma Gelotte was on 16 March 2009 that it would leave the band, because they would have placed in time with their friends and family. The new singer is the 21 -year-old Jonna Sailon ( ex. Sailon, jonna sailon ), which was active until then rather in the pop business.

The second studio album, A Road to Depression appeared on 22 October 2010 on the metal label Nuclear Blast. It contains 11 songs with two additional bonus tracks.
