Alma – Marceau (Paris Métro)

Alma - Marceau is an underground station of the Paris Métro. It is located below the Avenue du Président Wilson in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and is served by the metro line 9. There is transit traffic to the RER C at a few hundred meters from the train station Pont de l' Alma. Is named the station after the battle of the Alma and the French General François Séverin Marceau. In the immediate vicinity is the cabaret Crazy Horse.

The station was commissioned on 27 May 1923 in operation, as the portion of the line was opened 9 from the Trocadéro station to station Saint -Augustin.
