Alois Kottmann Award

History

The Alois Kottmann Prize was instituted in 2001. It is named after its founder, the German violinist and university lecturers Alois Kottmann.

In the first years of the competition, only one prize winner has been determined, additional special bonuses were awarded. This changed from 2005 in which there were two winners for the first time. In the years 2006 and 2007 the title was awarded special recognition beyond. Terms and Conditions
