The Alzou is a river in France, which runs in the Midi-Pyrénées region in the department of Aveyron. It rises in the municipality of Goutrens, drained generally in a southwesterly direction and opens after 44 kilometers in Villefranche -de- Rouergue as a right tributary of the Aveyron.
