Ambwene Simukonda

Ambwene Simukonda ( born March 23, 1984 in Blantyre, Malawi ) is a Malawian athlete.

She represented her country at the World Athletics Championships 2011 in Daegu and the London Olympics in 2012, respectively in the 400 - meter race, different but both times already in the run- off. In London, however, it achieved a new national record of 54.20 seconds.
