Amenhotep (treasurer)

Amenhotep was an Egyptian treasurer of the 13th dynasty, who is best known for his tomb at Dahshur. There were found the remains of his wooden coffin, where it is called "Royal Siegler ," "Only Friend " and " treasurer ". The coffin is decorated with long religious texts, which in large part have been no parallels in the so-called Coffin Texts. From Amenhotep there are some seals that date stylistically to the 13th Dynasty.
