American Israel Public Affairs Committee
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee ( AIPAC, dt: " American -Israeli Public Affairs Committee ") is a pro-Israel lobby in the U.S. with more than 100,000 members. It was founded as the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs in 1953 by Isaiah L. Kenen and later renamed the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. It is considered the most powerful of the pro-Israel lobbies and as one of the most powerful lobbies in the USA at all in the USA. The headquarters of the organization is Washington, DC
