Amir Shapourzadeh

Amir Shapourzadeh (Persian امیر شاپورزاده; born September 19, 1982 in Tehran ) is an Iranian football player who also has the German nationality.

Career

Clubs

Shapourzadeh until 2004, was active for Green-White Eimsbuettel, the Niendorf TSV, Eimsbütteler TV and Hamburger SV. During the winter break of the season 2003/ 04 he moved to the amateurs of Hansa Rostock, where he was instrumental in the profits of the league championship and the Mecklenburg -Vorpommern Cup. For the 2005/06 season Shapourzadeh got a professional contract and increased in the following year with Rostock's first team in the Bundesliga. 2007/ 08, he could not prevail there permanently, so that his contract was not renewed in Rostock after the prompt return descent. For the season 2008/ 09 changed Shapourzadeh to second division FSV Frankfurt, where he was awarded a contract until 2010.

The contract was terminated prematurely, however, and he moved to Iran Azin Steel Teheran. Due to outstanding salary payments he returned in January 2012, returned to Germany and was obliged by the third division Kickers Offenbach.

For the 2012/13 season he was awarded a new contract in Offenbach and took the offer of the third division Sportfreunde Lotte.

National

His debut for the Iranian national football team gave Shapourzadeh on June 16, 2007 compared Iraq as part of the West Asian Championship in 2007, when it was used up to the finale with all games of the tournament winner Iran.
