The diocese of Sisteron (Latin: Dioecesis Sistaricensis ) was located in France Roman Catholic diocese based in Sisteron.

History

The diocese of Sisteron was built in the 4th century. First bishop was Chrysaphius.

On 29 November 1801, the diocese of Sisteron was disbanded due to the Concordat of 1801 by Pope Pius VII with the Papal Bull Qui Christi Domini and the territory was the archbishopric of Avignon and the diocese of Digne affiliated.

The diocese of Sisteron was the archbishopric of Aix, is a suffragan. In 1764 the diocese of Sisteron comprised 80 parishes.
