The Diocese of Digne (Latin: Dioecesis Diniensis ) is a located in France Roman Catholic diocese based in Digne- les- Bains.

History

The Diocese of Digne was built in the 4th century and the Archdiocese of Embrun is a suffragan. On November 29, 1801 the Diocese of Digne were annexed parts of the territories of the bishoprics Apt, Gap, Glandèves, Riez, SENEZ and Sisteron and the Archdiocese of Embrun. The Diocese of Digne was placed under the Archbishopric of Aix suffragan on 29 November 1801. On 16 December 2002, the Diocese of Digne was the Archdiocese of Marseille is a suffragan.
