The Diocese of Quimper (Latin: Dioecesis Corisopitensis ) is a located in France Roman Catholic diocese based in Quimper.
History
The Diocese of Quimper was built in the 5th century and the Archdiocese of Tours is a suffragan. On November 29, 1801 the diocese of Quimper were annexed parts of the territories of the bishoprics of Saint- Pol-de -Léon and Tréguier. The Diocese of Quimper was placed under the Archdiocese of Rennes suffragan on January 3, 1859.
