Andreas Pospich

Andreas Pospich ( born December 8, 1961 in Salzgitter ) is a former German footballer, who played at the beginning of his career in the storm, but was used in the further career development increased as a defensive player.

Career

Andreas Pospich played until 1984 at Fortuna Union Lebenstedt and Salzgitter, then he moved to Eintracht Braunschweig. With the harmony he played in his first year under coach Aleksandar Ristic in the Bundesliga. He made his debut on Matchday 1 of the 1984/85 season, when he appeared as a substitute in the 1-3 home defeat against 1 FC Köln for Michael Scheike. The season ended for Pospich and his team-mates with the descent to the 2nd Bundesliga. Pospich remained in Brunswick and played until 1991 in the second league. Then Pospich was still half a year active in the Oberliga Eisenhüttenstädter FC steel, for which he came against Galatasaray in the two meetings of the European Cup Winners' Cup 1991/92 are used.
