Andres Alver

Andres Alver ( born December 23, 1953 in Tartu) is an Estonian architect and professor of architecture.

Life

Andres Alver graduated in 1973 his architectural studies at the National Estonian Art Institute ( Eesti Riiklik Kunstiinstituut ) from. Since 1983 he is a lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts in Tallinn. He is an architect and planner of numerous groundbreaking for the Estonian Architecture Buildings in Northern Estonia. In addition, Alver is involved in the urban planning of Tallinn projects, including He was the winner of the competition for the redesign of the Freedom Square (Estonian Vabaduse väljak ) 1998.

In 1980, Alver for his work to Kristjan Raud - Prize awarded.

Andres Alver now lives in Viimsi. He is a professor of urban planning of the Estonian Academy of Arts. In addition, he has led the architects Alver yes Trummal Arhitektuuribüroo in Tallinn.
