Andreu Mas-Colell

Andreu Mas - Colell ( born June 29, 1944) is a Spanish- Catalan economist, professor at the University Pompeu Fabra and Minister of Economy and Science of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia.

He was from July 2009 to August 2010, as the successor of Ernst- Ludwig Winnacker, Secretary General of the European Research Council.
