Andrew Kennedy Hutchison Boyd

Andrew Kennedy Hutchinson Boyd (* November 1825 in Auchinleck, East Ayrshire, † March 1, 1899 in Bournemouth) was a Scottish Presbyterian minister and writer.

Boyd studied theology in Glasgow, was ordained in 1851 and served in various parishes since 1864 one in Edinburgh, and later that of St Andrews. As a writer he first attracted attention with two series of anonymous essays published under the title of Recreations of a country parson ( 1859-78 ) in Fraser 's Magazine. This is followed by a series of similar works followed.
