Andrew Lintott

Andrew ( William) Lintott ( born December 9, 1936) is a British historian and co-editor of the Cambridge Ancient History.

Until 1967, Lintott was at King's College London as a lecturer working in connection to 1981. At Aberdeen University as an assistant professor of Ancient History Until his retirement in 2004 he was Professor of Ancient History at Worcester College, Oxford University. His work focuses on the constitutional and legal history of the Roman Republic.
