Andrew Trimble

Andrew David Trimble ( born October 20, 1984 in Coleraine, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland) is an Irish rugby union player. It is used as, or as Outside Centre Wing.

Life and career

Trimble first attended the Coleraine Academical Institution. Upon successful completion, he spent a year studying physics at Queen's University Belfast, but then moved to Belfast Bible College to study theology. In March 2009, Trimble married his wife Anna.

Since 2005 he plays for Ulster Rugby. In 2006, Trimble Ulster Rugby Player of the Year. He also played in the Irish AIB League U21 team for Ballymena RFC and.

For the Irish rugby union team, he made his debut as a replacement for the injured Brian O'Driscoll at the 2005 IRB Autumn Internationals. He was in the squad of Ireland at the Rugby Union World Cup in 2007 and the Rugby Union World Cup 2011. Currently, he plays in the Six Nations 2014 Ireland.
