Andrija KaÄić MioÅ¡ić
Andrija Kačić Miošić ( born April 17, 1704 Brist, now part of the municipality of Gradac, † December 14, 1760 in Zaostrog ) was a Croatian poet and Franciscan.
His education began Kačić Miošić in nearby Zaostrog, where he entered into the Order.
His most famous work is " Pleasant conversation of the Slavic people" ( original: " Razgovor ugodni naroda slovinskoga " ) from 1756, which was long the most popular Croatian book about a century. In him God, influenced by the Enlightenment, seen as one of the Slavic peoples and played her story in verse for the ordinary people.
