Andrzej Niedzielan

Andrzej Niedzielan (born 27 February 1979 in Zary, Poland ) is a Polish footballer.

Club career

The striker Andrzej Niedzielan played from 1998 to 2001 at Zagłębie Lubin in Poland. During the winter break in 2002 Niedzielan Gornik Zabrze joined. Again, during the winter break 2003, he came to Dyskobolia Grodzisk and was one of the most important players of the Provincial Association and were instrumental in the rise of the club into the UEFA Cup. In the first round of the UEFA Cup in 2003/ 04 he defeated Dyskobolia with the Bundesliga club Hertha BSC. In 2004 he moved to the Netherlands' first league to NEC Nijmegen. In 2007 he went to the Polish club Wisla Krakow, where he heavy with a torn ACL injured on only the third league game against Gornik Zabrze. In both 2008 and 2009 Niedzielan won the Polish championship with Wisla. For the 2009/10 season changed Andrzej Niedzielan to league rivals Ruch Chorzów. Here, he scored 7 goals in 18 league games and could partly build on its previous form. In the 2010/11 season he played for Korona Kielce and became the second top scorer in the league behind Tomasz Frankowski. In the first half of the 2011/12 season he played for Cracovia Krakow, but was unable to repeat his previous performance. In early 2012, he moved back to Ruch Chorzów

Career in the national team

With the Polish national football team, he qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany, in which they met in Group A on the German national team. However, he was not nominated for the tournament. Between 2002 and 2006, he completed a total of 17 international matches, where he met five times. After four years of absence, he was the national coach Franciszek Smuda Polish for the two friendly matches against USA (10 October 2010) and Ecuador (12 October 2010) called and came in two games as a substitute for use. Thereafter, however, apart from further nominations.
