Andy Auld

Andrew "Andy" Auld ( born January 26, 1900 in Stevenston, North Ayrshire, Scotland, † December 6 in Johnston, USA, 1977) was an American football player of Scottish descent.

Club career

Auld was active at club level from 1919 to 1935 for numerous teams. He began his career still in his native Scotland, which he left in the direction of his new home in 1923. The longest time he played there at the American Association Providence, for whom he played 277 games 1924-1930.

National

He was also a member of the national soccer team of the United States and took her part in the first World Cup in 1930.
