Angela Douglas
Angela Douglas ( born October 29, 1940 in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire; actually Angela MacDonagh ) is a British actress who became known for the work in titles of carry -on ... film series fame.
Life and work
Angela MacDonagh, so her real name, started already as a teenager her acting debut in London's West End Theatre.
Notoriety she gained in 1965 with the role of Annie Oakley in the Carry on Film Carry on - the brash cowboy ( Carry on Cowboy ), followed by three further parts of the successful film series.
She was married from 1968 until his death in 1982 with the actor Kenneth More.
