The head Angerer is a 2,263 m high mountain peaks in the Allgäu Alps.
Location
It is located southeast of the Liechelkopfes and southwest of the Mindelheimer Koepfl.

Ascent
At the head Angerer leads no marked path. He can be reached from the pathless path from the cabin to the Mindelheimer Gemsteltal (difficulty I ). The Angerer head is very rarely climbed. All increases require slip resistance and mountain experience. Due to the proximity of the head to Angerer Mindelheimer hut the wall crashes were the target of sport climbers on the south side of Angerer head. Here many serious increases were developed in the 90s of the 20th century.
