Angiokeratoma
Lesions are benign lesions that consist of telangiectases or angioma combined with verrucous hyperkeratosis.
There are described in the following sub- types:
- Solitary Angiokeratoma ( papular Angiokeratoma ) in adolescents and young adults, usually in the lower extremities
- Angiokeratoma corporis Circumscriptum naeviforme Hallopeau semilateral mainly on the extremities -to-find angiokeratomas arranged as streaky dark blue red knots
- Angiokeratoma corporis diffusum Fabry ( Angiokeratoma universal ), many small, hyperkeratotic, bluish angiomas on skin and mucous membranes in the Fabry disease
- Idiopathic angiokeratoma corporis diffusum, rare disease with angiokeratomas and associated malformations with no underlying metabolic disorder
- Angiokeratoma Mibelli ( Angiokeratoma asphysticum neonatorum ), to bean-sized, dark red, highly vascular papules with hyperkeratotic warty surface at back of the finger, toes and knees in adolescents with Akroasphyxie or Perniose
- Angiokeratoma Fordyce scroti, congenital circumscribed vascular ectasias the scrotum or vulva
