Anisocoria

When anisocoria ( adjective: anisokor, from the Greek a (n): alpha privative, isos: equal, kore: pupil) means a difference in the pupillary diameters of the eyes. In contrast, Isokorie is ( adjective: isokor ) for the equality of the pupil sizes.

Up to one millimeter difference between the sides in healthy eyes is possible.
