Anke Kühn

Anke Kuehne ( born Kühn) ( born February 28, 1981 in Hannover ) is a German hockey national team.

Career

Kuehne began her career with TSV Engensen together with Kerstin Hoyer, who was also hockey national team, and played there from 1985 until 1991. Afterwards she moved to Hockey Club Hannover and remained there from 1991 to 1992. You then worked from 1992 to 1997 the DTV Hannover. Since 1997, Kühne is active for Eintracht Braunschweig and plays there long in the 1st Bundesliga. In the 2008 /09 season, however, Eintracht Braunschweig rose from the second division and rose only to the 2013/14 season again.

Their first international match they played on 16 May 2003 in a 4-2 victory for the German national team against Azerbaijan. In the same year she won the national team at the European Hockey Championships in Barcelona the bronze medal.

Your biggest success Kuehne at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. There she was surprisingly Olympic champion with the national team. Kuehne shot in the final against the Netherlands in the 6th minute by short corner 1-0. On 25 August 2007 she was with the hockey team European champion in field hockey championship in 2007 in Manchester (England).

At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, Kuehne was again in the squad of hockey ladies, the German team took fourth place. Anke Kuehne scoring (along with teammate Fanny Rinne ) with a field goal and two penalty corners most of the hits of the German team.
