Ann Magnuson

Ann Magnuson ( born January 4, 1956 in Charleston, West Virginia ) is an American actress and singer.

Life and achievements

Magnuson graduated in 1978, the Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She debuted as an actress at the beginning of the 1980s, in the thriller lust (1983 ) she played a young woman by Miriam and John Blaylock ( Catherine Deneuve and David Bowie ) is murdered. In the comedy Making Mr. Right - A man à la Carte (1987 ) she played alongside John Malkovich one of the main roles. In the years 1989 to 1992, she starred in the award-winning television series Anything But Love. In the thriller Panic Room (2002) she played a friend of Meg Altman, who was portrayed by Jodie Foster. In 2003, she starred in the television series Wanda at Large.

Magnuson was at the beginning of the 1980s in the Club 57 in New York City working as a DJ. She was in the years 1985 to 1992, the singer and lyricist of the band Bongwater, which published some music albums. In 1995 she released the solo album, The Luv Show.
