Reviews

On the occasion of her tour starts in September 2011, wrote the Hamburg evening paper:

" Effortlessly change Anna Depenbusch that really hits every note, between chest and head voice, but their change of register are not Artisterei for the sake of a show-off effect. It is not a disguised jazz singer, which the warble can not let the fun of virtuoso joy. Their melodies go just so. The singing of Anna Depenbusch is like a balloon filled with helium, they prevent the earthiness of its rudimentary, while not at all amateurish piano playing at fly away. "

For The Mathematics of Anna Depenbusch in black and white judges, the Hamburg feature:

" What came out of it, are new arrangements, sometimes delicate, sometimes massive accompany times, with just knocking on the wing body her voice. And that voice cause, a coloration that knocks down. Anna Depenbusch not only sings, she enters into a dialogue with the instrument, she flirts with us, she whispers, whistles and jubilant. So very sad, so exuberantly happy, so all in all, black and white as life is with its myriad shades of gray in between. "

Also in Hamburg feuilleton following review appeared for the album Summer of paper:

" Such, to tell yourself twisting stories, ever heard of the undoubted strengths Anna Depenbuschs. Another of these stories is " Benjamin " - the name of a neighborhood love that 's over. The lies and self-deception among those dramas of everyday life. [ ... ] For anyone else this would be a simple little song and an embarrassing performance in the chorus - Anna Depenbusch the device to a finely chiseled snapshot of a major violation. This record is a perfidious masterpiece. And besides, it is very colorful. "

Laut.de judges Summer of paper:

" Even if Some first superficially quite harmless and traditionally comes: Depenbusch each song develops sooner or later a unique life of its own. [ ... ] The production is kept airy and warm, of course, the artist once again accompanied himself on the piano. The current band members show up exquisitely selected, and act consistently top-class.
