Anny Schlemm ( born February 22, 1929 in Neu-Isenburg ) is a German operetta and opera singer with the voice soprano.

Biography and artistic work

Anny Schlemms father, Friedrich Schlemm, a chorister at the Frankfurt Opera. In 1941 the family moved because of a commitment of the father to Halle (Saale ). There she received the first vocal training. In June 1946, she made her debut at the State Theatre Hall as Bastienne in Mozart's comic opera Bastien and Bastienne.
