Antonina Leśniewska Museum of Pharmacy

The Muzeum in Farmacji. mgr Antoniny Leśniewskiej ( German: Antonina Lesniewska - Pharmacy Museum ) is located in the Old Town of Warsaw and is a branch of the Historical Museum of the City. The museum is by Antonina Leśniewskabenannt, a pioneer of Polish women's movement and the first pharmacist in the country.

History

And the pharmaceutical wholesale company " Cefarm " (Warsaw ) Founded: On the initiative of Tadeusz Kikty the museum on January 26, 1985 as a joint project of the Warsaw branch of the Polish Pharmacological Society ( Polskiego Towarzystwa Farmaceutycznego Polish).

First the exhibition rooms of the museum, Ulica Marszałkowska were 72 in 1996, the company moved to the headquarters of " Cefarm " took place in the Ulica Skierniewicka 16/20. Exhibition

The most important exhibits are the bodies of two pharmacies Wołomin (Pharmacy # 245 ) and Błonie (City Pharmacy ) from the interwar period.
