Antonio Rossi

Antonio Rossi ( born December 19, 1968 in Lecco ) is a retired Italian canoeist.

Life

In his five appearances at the Olympic Games from 1992 to 2008, he won three gold medals and one silver and bronze medal. In the Canoe World Championships, he won between 1993 and 1998 three gold and silver medals and a bronze. Rossi was the flag bearer at the opening ceremony for Italy at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He is with Lucia Micheli, also an ex - canoeist, married. They participated jointly in the 1992 Summer Olympics.
