Anxi County
Anxi (Chinese安溪 县, Pinyin Anxi xian ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Quanzhou in southeast China's Fujian Province. Anxi has an area of 2983.1 km ² and about 1.06372 million inhabitants ( end of 2003).
Its attractions include the listed Confucian Temple of Anxi ( Anxi Wenmiao安溪 文庙) from the year 1001.
