Apoteri

Apoteri is a municipality in Upper Takutu - Upper Essequibo in Guyana. The village with about 310 inhabitants, situated at the confluence of the Rupununi and the Essequibo. It lies at an altitude of 53 meters. Near the village there is an air landing site. The place is very abstruse and was first visited in 2006 by a Guyanese president.
