April Lee Hernández
April Lee Hernandez ( born January 31, 1980 in New York ) is an American actress.
Life and achievements
Hernández has Puerto Rican ancestry. She studied at New York's Hunter College, but did not complete her studies. Hernández worked first as a comedian.
The actress made her debut in the comedy Big Wes from the year 2003. In the film drama Freedom Writers (2007) and impersonated a Latin American student of Erin Gruwell ( Hilary Swank ), which states under the influence of her teacher despite the danger to life in a murder trial of a Latino. The newspaper New York Post called it in January 2007 as a new Jennifer Lopez.
