Aquaria (band)
Aquaria is a Brazilian symphonic power metal band from Rio de Janeiro.
Biography
The band was founded under the name Uirapuru 1999. In the years 2001 and 2002 brought two Uirapuru demo albums out: Here Comes The Life and Flames Of Trinity. After that, they named themselves into Aquaria and published in 2005 her debut album under their label LuxAeterna Scarecrow Records / Marquee Avalon.
On 24 January 2007 Aquaria announced that guitarist Gustavo di Padua will join the band. In this new occupation they continued their recording of their second studio album Shambala, which was initially published on 21 September 2007 in Japan.
In January 2009, the band will begin recording their third album.
