Arbeit plus

Work Plus is a nationwide since 1999, allocated workplace seal. It is an award for socially sustainable corporate policy and innovative employment policies. Wearer of the initiative is the Evangelical Church in Germany. The chair of the award committee, the Chairman of the Council of Evangelical Churches in Germany.

Procurement procedures

Responsible for the test procedure, the Institute of Economic and Social Ethics ( IWS) at the Philipps- University Marburg. In addition to the analysis of questionnaires, which handle both members of management and representatives of the workers, interviews will be conducted.

The IWS shall submit to the awarding body before a final report. This provides the basis for the decision of the members is:

Criteria

With the seal forward-looking employment models will be presented and excellent. Indicators for outstanding contributions to the employment policy are seen among others in the recruitment of older people or people with a severe disability. Church and economy
