Argon ST

Argon ST, a U.S. technology company with headquarters in Fairfax. The company is a leader in the development of so-called C ⁴ ISR systems.

History

Argon ST was created by a merger of Argon Engineering Associates and SenSyTech in 2004. During 2005, the company acquired Radix Technologies. In the following two years, Argon ST acquired more companies like Coherent Systems International.

June 30, 2010 it was announced that Boeing is Argon ST take over $ 775 million. Argon ST is thus an independent subsidiary of The Boeing Company.

Government subsidies

Argon's research and development work is heavily subsidized by the U.S. government about the U.S. Navy, the United States Army and other government agencies for many years.
