Aria (Belgian comic)

Aria is a French- Belgian comic book series, begun in 1980.

Action

Aria is a warrior and moved with her ​​horse Furia through a medieval world of danger in order to help the weak and the helpless. She fights against villains and monsters and can not be deterred by magic and sorcery. Several times she has grappled with their difficult past. With her childhood friend Tigron she has the Son Sacham.

Background

Michel Weyland wrote and drew the fantasy series. The series appeared in 1980 in the Belgian and 1980 to 1988 in the French edition of Tintin and between 1990 and 1993 in Hello Bédé. Some short stories were published in Super Tintin. After 2002 it came into Spirou at irregular intervals also a preprint. The albums output began in 1982 at Le Lombard and was continued in 1994 by Dupuis.
