Arkadiusz Czartoryski

Arkadiusz Czartoryski ( born April 14, 1966 in Ostrołęka ) is a Polish politician, local politicians, since 2005 Member of the Sejm in the V. and VI. Legislature and former Secretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration.

Life

In 1991 he finished his studies in history with an educational focus at the Catholic University of Lublin. From 1992 to 1997 he worked as a teacher of history and social sciences at the Catholic Lyceum of the " peace and good " and in the first general- Lyceum " Bem " in Ostrołęka. From 1997 to 1998 he was Director of Woiwodschaftsfiliale the State Foundation for the integration of disabled people in Ostrołęka. Czartoryski was in the Society of Friends of V. Zasławer Uhlan Regiment ( in the years 1998 to 2002 he was a board member of the association ). He was a member of the folk dance group Ostrołęka. From 1998 to 2002 he was Mayor of Ostrołęka. In the local elections of 2002 he lost in the second round against Ryszard Załuska. From 2004 to 2005 he filled the position of Deputy Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

He was in the Zjednoczenie Chrześcijańsko - Narodowe (Christian- National Union - ZChN ) is active, then he joined the Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) at. In the 2005 parliamentary elections, he was elected on the list of PiS for the constituency with 14,753 votes Siedlce.

On 2 November 2005 he was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Interior and Administration. On 15 May 2006 he resigned from this function. On 25 June 2007, Czartoryski Secretary of the PiS Group in the Sejm.

In the 2007 parliamentary elections, he was elected with 22,030 votes again on the list of PiS in the Sejm. He is chairman of the Sejm Commission for State Control and a member of the Commission of Internal Affairs and Administration.

He was awarded the silver medal " For merits in the national defense " of the Ministry of Defence, the silver badge "merits for the physical exercise " and the Knight's Cross of the Order of the Republic of Hungary.
