Armando Calvo
Armando Pascual Calvo Lespier ( born December 25, 1919 in San Juan, Puerto Rico; † July 6, 1996 in Mexico City ) was a Puerto Rican actor.
Life
Calvo was the son of the Spanish actor Juan Calvo and a Puerto Rican mother, his brother is the actor Manolo Calvo. The age of five he was playing on stage; his first film he shot, who grew up in Spain, 1939. Six years later he settled in Mexico and appeared in numerous films, until he returned in the 1960s, returned to Spain. He joined, among others, in numerous Spaghetti Westerns.
Calvo moved his center of life again to Mexico and worked there during the following decades on stage, on television and in other films. During his last years he lived in a hotel and devoted himself to writing and painting.
