Aromat

Aromat is a brand for a seasoning, Knorr, which is part of the Unilever Group. It was invented in 1953 and reinforced the " hearty " flavor of many dishes, as it consists mainly of the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate. Other ingredients are table salt and various spice extracts.

Comparable products are Fondor ( seasoning Maggi, 1954 ) and Mirador ( Migros ).
